A dry Irish style stout made with biscuity Maris Otter, creamy flaked barley, heaps of roasted barely and bushels of potato’s! Velvety brown head and midnight black body set the scene for plenty of roast on the nose with a hint of fennel and booziness on the nose. The potato’s help dry the beer out and give it a rich creamy mouthfeel which is cleared away by loads of roast and BBQ char characters from the roasted barely.
