DIPA DDH with Freestyle Motueka and Mosaic CryoCan Release 8/26/23 - $21/4-packThis brewski beer is dry hopped with our two favorite "Mo" hops... Motueka and Mosaic! We're finding that some growers are a little bit better than others for most hop varieties... but there are a handful where one grower stands head-and-shoulders about the rest. Indie Hops Stata... and Freestyle Motueka! This 2023 lot has that wonderful lime-zest and tropical aroma without any of the "dirty" earthiness we've gotten from other New Zealand growers. We paired it with a little Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo from our wonderful 2022 lot from Yakima Chief. The balance gives the dankness and berry notes to give depth, while still letting the Motueka shine!
