For the latest iteration of our Twin Cities Gluten Free Pale range, we've paired Simcoe with Centennial, two Pacific Northwest varieties that share a standout character of grapefruit and pine.Expect a hint of freshly cracked black pepper, from Simcoe, and a load of tangerine brightness, from the Centennial. All this sits atop a blend of jumbo and golden oats, on an Extra Pale Maris Otter base for a light texture and smooth finish.Vegan & gluten free.
