What started life as a beautiful accident born of experimentation, has gone on to become one of our best-loved beers.Unusual for this style, we brew it with a wheat yeast, but we love the added texture and fruitiness it brings, alongside the rich and roasted flavour from the malts. Carbonated using nitrogen for an extra rich drop.
