Mistress of Mayhem

Описание

Allow us to introduce Mistress of Mayhem, the twisted sister of our West Coast IPA Master of Disaster. In brewing this beer, we took the base recipe for Master of Disaster, and turned everything up to 11! Weighing in at 7%, the Mistress is not to be messed with. A clean malt bill gives room for the massive hop additions of Mosaic, Citra and Idaho 7 to rampage across the palate with massive tropical and citrus fruit flavours, and a fantastic resinous bitter finish, fermented with our house Vermont yeast strain for even more tropical and stone fruit flavours.
