Simplistic Pils

Simplistic Pils is our first dry-hopped pilsner here at Brus.We took at fairly simple malt, namely danish grown and malted pilsner. We then constructed a fairly complicated kettle hop addition, consisting of several big hop loads of Czech grown Saaz hops. It was then fermented cold with a classic German lager yeast and then dry-hopped with even more Czech Saaz. The result is a ultra drinkable beer with just the right amount of hop aroma and bitterness, to compliment the dry finish.
