Do you like Pina Coladas? Then have we got the beer for you! Kettle soured for a tart finish, balanced with the addition of lactose for a touch of creamy sweetness. We then added a massive amount of pineapple puree in the fermented, along a healthy dose of Sabro and Motueka hops for some lovely coconut and lime notes on the palate, before conditioning on toasted coconut shavings!
