Inspired by the reddish beers made by Trappists monks in Belgium, this beer is brewed with the vision to allow the stunningly beautiful character of selected Belgian yeast strains to shine through the malty, biscuity base. Notes of candied pears, dried fruits and burnt caramel alongside Christmas spices and a slightly tart finish.
