This beer has quite a lineage. After transferring Marius, the cherries were left behind, fresh plums were added with barel aged saison to create Ghost Marius with plums. When this beer was transferred, the cherries and plums were again left behind, fresh peaches and a new barrel aged saison were added to create Ghost Marius with peaches. So this beer has thrice used cherries, twice used plums, and fresh peaches all from 3 Springs Fruit Farm.Notes of peach custard, tamarind soda pop, juicy apricots, drying cherries, wet oak, vanilla fruit candy, salty herbs, and preserved lemons.
