The King & The Duke

This bourbon barrel aged imperial stout was named after The King of Rock and the Thin White Duke (who share a birthday on January 8th!).The beer was aged in a single Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel for 18 long months, then conditioned on roasted pistachios and delicious Coco Andre dark chocolate. The 14% abv liquid is rich, decadent, and fudgey. There are notes of ganache, chocolatey trail mix, and pistachio créme. The aroma is nutty and candy bar-like and the flavors linger on the tongue in a really nice way.
