Collaboration Brew with Clancy's Fish Pub.Along with the folks from Clancy’s, we wanted to brew a Saison with a twist.Saison is a fantastic summer beer option as it possesses a dry moreish finish and a ‘spritzy’ refreshing carbonation.To turn it up a notch we added 30kg of local Carnarvan mango cheeks to secondary fermentation and the result is a delicate farmhouse mango beer which we think is off the chain!
