Pedestal (Rakau)

Описание

Pedestal is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop. This version of pedestal features the hop Rakau from Freestyle hops. It features flavors of danky apricot and red plum.
