Reason Tatters is a series of experimental stouts, exploring different processes and ingredients in a maniacal pursuit of the perfect stout. This stout aged in a freshly dumped rye whiskey barrel on top of Madagascar vanilla beans. Boozy aromas of vanilla and chocolate leap out of the glass. A gentle heat warms while the flavors of vanilla, figs, and tobacco entrance the palate.
