A summer Pale Ale was the goal - but we wanted it to be more than an ale - so we used our standard lager yeast and found the right cooler than usual pre-summer day and brewed up this one - hopped with the classics - Simcoe and Citra, and intended to let you know it's a pale ale - but not overpower tastes with too much of one thing.
