Limited version of our debut Polish India Pale Ale, brewed once in a year just after hop harvest using fresh cones of polish hops. 2013 version was made using (not only) over 20 kg of Sybilla cones harvested at friends plantation just 7 hours before throwing them into kettle.Malts: pale ale, amber, caramel 150.Hops: Sybilla (wet hop), Marynka, Lubelski, Iunga. Yeast: Safale US-05. Extract 14.1° Plato; 5.5 % alc. vol.; IBU 64. Pasteurized. Suggested serving temperature: 8°C.
