6th Chamber

For 6th Chamber we really wanted to focus on some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops. We went big on back to back dry hops of Vic Secret and Eclipse hops. We did have to throw in a dash of some homegrown dankness with a touch of Strata. By touch, I mean dumping in pounds and pounds. Ha Ha. We then balanced that out with a hefty amount of rolled and malted oats to give it that thick mouthfeel. Pineapple, passionfruit, mandarin and that diesel dankness come together in a bouquet of awesomeness.
