"I snuck off to take a pictureof a boat on a the beach. When I came backI noticed multiple freshwater feeds tricklingtowards Loch Linnhe had brought a beautiful claysediment along with it. I instinctively picked someup and felt the texture, it was pure clay. I madea mask of it, let it dry and then jumped in thecold water to wash it off. The wonderful bouquetof trace minerals and earth reminded me ofthe importance in malt in a hoppy but balancedbeer. Dedicated to the malt of the earth on thatseashore I reciprocated with my own uniqueblend for an IPA."- Pete Brown, Forest Road Brewing
