We wanted this beer to be fresh! Vibrant and fresh hops, sessionable 4.7% abv, but still with a nice and airy mouthfeel. So we brewed this beer with loads of oats, a high mash temperature and just a small amount of lactose to up the body. Dry hopped it with Strata hops from the US for some fresh fruit character and added some classic hops for complexity. To make the finish nice and crisp we added a small charge of bittering hops.
