Sour ale with balaton cherries aged in oak barrels. 1892 MI was allowed to referment and age on fresh Michigan Balaton Cherries before bottle-conditioning & kegging. Incredibly pungent aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove are paired with vibrant red fruit and oaken vanilla notes. Moderate acidity helps the flavors excite the palate, while creating a refreshing notion of sunshine.
