Farmhouse IPA N431 is a Belgian style farmhouse beer with a modern twist that uses 55% organic Belgian pilsen, 35% organic Belgian pale malt, 10% flaked oats, a large dose of late addition Nelson Sauvin hops, fermented with our house yeast/brett mixed culture and dry hopped with Experimental hop 431.
