A while back we did a coconut pale ale which has been one of our favorite beers we have made to date. Finally we decided to turn it up a notch and amplify that recipe into an IPA. Island Turbo Fuzz is a hazy IPA treated with .5 pounds per barrel of raw coconut. The complimentary 5.5 lbs per bbl hop additions of Idaho 7 and Mosaic give this tiki inspired IPA a tropical boost.
