Opacity #003 - New England IPA With Columbus & Mosaic

Описание

The third release in our Opacity series brings us back to some sense of normality with two quintessential hops commonly used in today’s brewing climate. As always, we use Columbus (if you couldn’t tell by now this is arguably the favourite hop around our brewery) paired with the showcase hop Mosaic. Using generous amounts of Columbus and Mosaic in the whirlpool and a hefty dry hop of Mosaic, the berry, tangerine, and resin notes are exceedingly apparent. Don’t sleep on the malt and yeast here though, we have been tweaking things behind the scenes to bring you closer to the penultimate experience in haze, colour, and mouthfeel.
