Belgian Wit with a twist – cold-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, refermented with cherries, and rested on vanilla, wood, and hibiscus. Bursting with cherry fruitiness, floral spice, and notes of grapefruit, white grape, and gooseberry. A hint of Italian-aperitif bitterness in the finish. Perfect lakeside, as a cocktail base, or simply to enjoy on its own.
