Originating from Bavaria, Germany, the Weizenbock is a strong, dark wheat beer. We've named ours after Winnemac Park, a beloved spot in Lincoln Square, a neighborhood renowned for its German heritage. Expect a robust malt character with prominent notes of banana and clove, reminiscent of classic Hefeweizens, but amplified due to the higher alcohol content. The sweetness of the malt is balanced by subtle hints of caramel and a warming alcohol presence.
