Bound is an experiment in Thiol derived flavour. After waiting YEARS I finally got my hands on some PHANTASM powder. This white grape derived thiol boosting powerhouse from NZ combined with White Labs Tropicale thiol unlocking yeast and a load of Cryo hops all work together to release the bound flavours of fresh green capsicum and white grape that are locked away in the malt and hops. The result is a hugely sessionable pale ale with a fresh and bright hop character and a herbaceous bitterness.
