The Craft : This Belle et Jolie is a collaboration with Marc from Château de Durette. Located in the Beaujolais region, we chose the Régnié terroir for its expressive character that subtly echoes our kriek. Harvested in 2023, aged in cuve, and bottled in the spring of 2025.The Experience : The finest of Beaujolais and the Senne Valley, captured under a cork. An intriguing bottle with aromas of candied strawberry, sour cherry, subtle woody notes, and refined acidity. An unexplored path between wine and lambic.
