Red Sky At Night, Brewers Delight is a collab with our wonderful friends from Slowburn.We both have a weak spot for red ales, and since it's winter here in the northern hemisphere, it felt appropriate to make it an imperial red ale.Using a slightly more caramel malt heavy grist, we wanted to get an imperial strength beer, that is still drinkable, but retains all the complexity it needs.This was hopped exclusively with Chinook both in the kettle, and a very small dry-hop.
