Salty Demon

Описание

Pale yellow/straw in colour with a medium-high level haze. Aromas of lime zest and pineapple are complimented by a refreshing salty backdrop. A refreshing saltiness is beautifully balanced with a light body, subtle malt sweetness, low level bitterness and crisp acidity. Dryhopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin.Named after the painful schoolyard tradition of whipping a friend with the back of your relaxed fingers. It's essentially a floppy fingered backhand.Enjoy!
