North Country

North Country is a classic Berlinerweisse that we've brewed with three varieties of malt (lager, chit and wheat). The beer has been kettle soured using Lactobacillus cultured from our grain and then fermented with rhubarb which lends a crisp, sour apple flavour, before adding some natural lavender extract to impart a pleasant floral nose. Light, tart and refreshing!
