A few months back we were a part of Beerable Science Week which saw our crew conduct an experiment utilising spent dry hops and exploring how much flavour we could get out of using them in a completely new beer. Turns out, the results were pretty successful and pretty bloody tasty.Since then, we’ve been working on a new series which continues this experiment and push the boundaries of recycling used hops. The first edition of “Preloved” is a session ale.
