We’ve taken our very popular West Coast IPA Series & put a Bacchus twist on it. The first in a new series, we’ve fermented with Brettanomyces “Brett”, a wild yeast that creates a drier beer with some added funk. The earthy pineapple twang from the brett adds a delicious complexity to this hoppy style.
