The contrast is strong in this one. Again focusing on the effect that malt selection, water, yeast and process have on hop forward styles, this DIPA has big citrus sherbet notes, papaya and piney notes. Crosby Hop Farms Centennial is the star of the show here again backed up by Simcoe and Cascade. In keeping with the goal of this Hazy DIPA is soft and juicy, creamy and fluffy and a touch sweet but all in the balance.
