Originally made for the ‘Kraddel’s 10K Madness’ event.This eisbocked version of ‘Ymir’ ( a Norwegian Ice God ) is an extremer version of an extreme beer.Ymir is a doppelbock, known as a stronger version of a bock. Eisbocking this, means that water is extracted, to make it even more strong.A beer for the true gods amongst us !
