Varia Cider

Varia is taken from the scientific name of the Barred Owl, Strix varia, and can mean various, varied, or in our case, variegated, a term often used to describe birds or other wildlife and denoting multiple colors. With this iconic owl, we essentially have two - dark brown and white. This duality inspires our cider, containing juices from both fruits. Crisp, refreshing, and "cooked for you all."
