Once a year we open our favourite book and we get inspired to brew a beer that would fit at first breakfast, second breakfast, and all the other meals of the day one may need before going on an adventure. This year we decided to increase the base malt to provide a more full body - yet also maintain a level of residual sugar and slight bitterness to provide a sweet, roasted, slightly smoked experience. This is Moon letters 2022. Cheers that we may all be a little more like those fantastic beings that find so much joy in the small but important things in life, food, celebrations, family trees, and for some - world shaping adventures.
