What was meant to be a rice based lager has turned into a tropical fusion ale.With traditional sushi rice added to the malt bill, the sparge water replaced with reduced locally harvested birch sap, tropical hops from New Zeeland, and a yeast specialized to accentuate those hops, this beer offers an amazingly crispy taste experience.
