In late summer 2022, we macerated a beer on a heavy load of Chenin grape skins from the Loire. This amount of skins somehow altered the structure of the beer, bringing it closer to a pet-nat style. Many thanks to Louis and Antoine (Canon Poitiers) for the grapes!Bottled December 2022
