Our friends at Fine Balance have as much love for traditional English beers as we do, so we decided to explore the latest and greatest English brewing ingredients together for this collaboration, Era. The grain bill consists exclusively of Chevallier, which is a heritage barley that brings rich malt character and a deep gold colour. This beer is hopped exclusively with a brand new English hop varietal called Harlequin. The result is a highly aromatic pale ale with a distinct floral, herbaceous and spice character. The finish is clean, a bit bitter but overall quite sessionable.
