If our IPA were a car, it would definitely be driving on the left. That's how English this brew is.Based on carefully selected English hops we made a nice spicey beer with finesse. It's a real classic under the hood with outstanding bitterness balanced by a mild hint of fruit and rich maltyness.The English converted the traditional Pale Ale into something stronger both in alcohol and flavour that could survive the sea journey to India and keep the Empire dreaming of home. On the return journey the British imported the flavour of the sub continent to make curry a national dish.
