R.I.F. (Requiescat in floribus) – BA Saison.

Описание

This saison was aged for 6 months in Chardonnay and Pinot gris barrels from a Bihor county winery. The flowery aromas, the earthy minerality that blend with the white wine aromatas are followed by a peppery, dry and yet soft finish. ``Requiescat`` means rest and ``in floribus`` means in slang Latin the state of happiness you're in after drinking, not drunkness. This is the beer we're celebrtaing with the 3 year of our brewing existence. The label is our humble tribute to the one and only E.A. Poe.
