The Alibi brewhouse sits embedded by hectares of some of Waiheke Islands finest grapes.To honour the harvest of these fine solar ripened berries a Harvest Ale was brewed!Ale, wheat and oats were mashed alongside hand picked Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, imparting tannins, thiols and sun kissed sugars.To marry these merry autumnal flavours, the finished beer was double dry hoppped with Nelson Sauvin and a new blend of Freestyle Farm hops.Expect gooseberries, passionfruit, light skin tannin and musk.
