CHINOOK/MOSAIC/EKUANOTOriginally brewed in collaboration with Warners at the Bay. This hazy interpretation of a WCIPA pushes our love for Chinook and Mosaic further than we have in the past.Taking inspiration from previous releases including SFO and On the Fence we’ve upped the bitterness a touch and dropped the residual sugar a smidge. Pine, citrus and hints of tropical fruit, a cracker West Coast combo.
