Описание
This collaboration beer with the Thomas Keller group features an heirloom grain variety named Haná that was originally used by Josef Groll to brew the world’s first Pilsner in 1842, in the city of Pilsen, in present day Czechia. Presented as a Pilsner style lager, this heritage barley brings aromatic notes of freshly milled cereal grains, dried spearmint, wet stones, and a long, fresh finish. As with many heirloom grains that we use, the Haná contributes a substantial mid-palate and weight upfront, while finishing very clean, crisp, and refreshing when expressed in a cold-fermented lager form.
