Of the Woods: Primavera

With its linguistic roots from "primus" - first - and Spanish for the glorious season of Spring, we felt that Primavera was an apt name for this beautifully delicious cider. Made with the very first batch of cider we fermented in Kimberton, aged for one full year, and rested in a second-use Rum barrel from our friends at Manatawny Still Works, the result is a delightfully smooth, dry cider, balanced with light oak barrel tannins, and a touch of underlying Rum. Please enjoy this glorious cider in this glorious season!
