Harry Masters Jersey is a complex bittersweet variety that ripens in the mid to late season and has a full bodied flavour of dried yellow fruits with strong almondy tannins on the finish. We fermented this cider for eight months in a Caribbean oak cask, gaining notes of fruitcake and tropical spices, and then allowed a further maturation in a neutral container to give the cider time to grow and develop.ALC 8.0% VOLPressed November 2021Bottled April 2023
