The slumber in Willett and Buffalo Trace barrels after a total of 38 months is over, and we are happy to introduce our first Double Barrel creation with Great Notion, Double Barrel Macademics. Following its time in barrels, we stuck to this stellar adjunct schedule and added a colossal amount of macadamia nuts, coconut, cacao, and Madagascar vanilla beans.Double Barrel Macademics pours with a boozy bourbon chocolate nose with decadent flavors of chocolate-covered macadamias, Nesquik, coconut bourbon bonbons, and caramel-chocolate macadamia cookies. This one is complex with a ton of character, finishing off with a bourbon-forward, perfectly decadent finish, multiplying the fun on this newest collab.
