This Czech style pilsner is made with authentic Czech ingredients, floor malt from the Bohemian region, Hops from Zatec and Czech yeast. It is however fermented at a slightly higher temperature than usual for Pilsner’s giving it a slightly fruiter flavor. Combine this with the lovely earthiness from the Saaz hops, the beautiful flavored malt and you have a wonderful easy drinking, flavorsome beer.
