A summit of rich indulgence. Midnight Peak pours jet black and syrupy, loaded with decadent layers of dark chocolate, smooth vanilla, and sticky toffee malt. Brewed with 15kg of roasted cocoa husks, proper cocoa powder, PNG vanilla beans and some chocolate essence. This pastry stout is a bold, bittersweet climb into the dark — silky, sinful, and unapologetically over the top.
