Belgian Quadrupel is a complex and strong beer.It's malty, with caramels and diferent sugars, revealing dry fruit, esters and also some phenolics.Should be served between 10 and 13ºC in a Chalice.Pairs well with blue cheeses, roasted meats or sweet deserts with intense fruits.
