Barrel Aged DS-2

Back in 2019 we boiled up a velvety stout and let it sit in a Maple Bourbon barrel for a 21 month metamorphosis. We then took that liquid and conditioned it on Marshmallows and Maple Syrup. Barrel Aged DS-2 pours jet black with a caramel head and opens up with aromas of vanilla oak, fudge, and maple. Flavors of creamy caramel swirls meets maple bourbon syrup covered brownies with a boozy marshmallow note and a complex vanilla oak barrel presence on finish.
